Ray Patterson is an experienced consultant with expertise in strategic planning, business process engineering, and leadership development. He has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Eastern Kentucky University, a master’s degree in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He served as an Army Quartermaster Officer for 5 years before working for 13 years as a civilian employee of the Army. Ray has held various leadership positions over the years, both as active-duty military and as a civilian, and has also worked at Lehigh University & Iacocca Institute, Agility Forum. Ray has been actively consulting since 1996. In 2020, Ray and his wife Sue moved to Colorado to attend their respective third-year programs at Charis after having graduated from the Washington, D.C. campus. Ray was blessed to serve Charis and AWMI as the Business School Coordinator from 2022-2026.
